How do I know what size to buy?

Our sizing follows the UK standard bed sizing. Please check if your bed does too before making a purchase. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

If your bed doesn't suit the standard UK sizing, don't fret. Get in touch for our bespoke service. Please note bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded.

I have a bed frame, can I purchase one of your valances for it?

Our Bed Valances are designed for divan base beds not bed frames. However, we are delighted to be able to offer our bespoke service where we can do this.

Please get in touch with us with details. We'll need measurements including width, length and drop. We'll also need a photo just to check we're getting things right.

Please note bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded.

I'm really interested in your Headboard Slips but would like to see them in all of the colours.

We're working on a full launch of our Headboard Slips at the moment and hope to have images soon. In the meantime, we suggest ordering some of our fabric samples and you can always get in touch with any questions about them.

What are the sizes of the Headboard Slips?

Our Headboard Slips follow the standard UK bed sizing guide in terms of widths. They are slightly larger for a little give but can be made more snug with the ties at the back.

  • Single:

Width 94cm x Height 115cm x Depth 8cm

  • Double:

140cm x 115cm x 8cm

  • King:

Width 155cm x Height 115cm x Depth 8cm

  • Super King:

Width 187cm x Height 115cm x Depth 8cm

Who do you use for shipping?

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all of our deliveries. We send First Class and Tracked.

What is the order and shipping process?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to let you know that we are doing a quick stock level check to make sure we can fulfil your order in our 4 week expected lead time.

As we are a small business making to order, it is important we check this just in case we have had several large orders in which means we might be slightly behind our schedule.

All being fine and dandy with fabric stocks and our seamstresses work load, we will send you an email confirming we have accepted your order and you should expect your piece within 4 weeks.

We will keep in touch with you whilst your order is being made. Once completed, it is sent to Tasha for a final quality check who then packages it up and pops it in the post to you. We will send you an email notification with your tracking information.

In the very unlikely event that there is a problem with accepting your order or a problem in our quality checks, we will contact you immediately to discuss and with an offer to refund.

Do you offer free returns?

As we are a very small business we don't offer free returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We aren't yet offering this on our website but hope to be soon. In the meantime, we can consider this on a case by case basis so please do get in touch.

I don't mind waiting 4 weeks for my order as these are pieces I will have for a very long time, however, do you expect this to get any shorter?

Yes we do! We really hope to be able to hold some stock in the future and therefore for you to receive an order within a few days of placing it.

What are your care instructions?

We only recommend Dry Cleaning. This is because we don't want to risk any shrinkage.

Linen is a wonder fabric and when cared for properly it will last you for years and years whilst only ageing beautifully.
