We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Dewars Farm, Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, Bicester, OX25 4AE.

We are a really small business and unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. Please post your return using a tracked service and keep hold of the tracking number until we confirm we have received your return.

Once the return has been received we will check the condition and we will process your refund within 3 working days.
