ORDER PROCESS
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to let you know that we are doing a quick stock level check before we accept your order. We always want to ensure we can fulfil your order within our 4 week expected lead time.
Sometimes if we have large orders we may need to extend the lead time but we will always communicate this with you and check if you still want to proceed.
All being fine and dandy with fabric stocks and our seamstresses, you will receive an email confirming we have accepted your order.
We will keep in touch with you whilst your order is being made.
Once completed, every order is sent to Tasha who likes to check it over and carefully pack it. Then it gets popped in the post and we'll send you an email notification with tracking information.
In the very unlikely event that there is a problem with accepting your order or a problem in our quality checks, we will contact you immediately to offer you a refund and ask you how you would like proceed.
SHIPPING
For Shipping, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. For larger orders we use the Parcel Force express24 service.
All deliveries are made from Monday – Friday before 4pm.
